OUR GUARANTEE:
All of our antique dolls are guaranteed to be as described regarding condition, attribution and clothing. Unless noted in the description, the bisque is free of chips, cracks or hairlines. Composition body repairs/imperfections will be noted in the doll description, unless it is age-appropriate wear. All antique clothing is just that--antique and will show some toning and appropriate age-wear. Where possible, clothing has been professionally cleaned and restored. We try to make our descriptions as detailed as possible--- our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase!

Please ask us for extra information, pictures, or clothing measurements that you may need. And, when you are ready to purchase, just let us know!

SHIPPING:
Quoted prices do not include shipping. All dolls are double boxed and insured with UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Dolls will be shipped after checks clear. Shipping costs vary with size of doll and your location, but usually begin at $20 per doll.
Note: Although damage to bisque dolls during shipping is rare (especially with our careful packing) should any damage occur during shipping, Vintage Vignettes should be contacted immediately and all packing materials should be saved. The buyer will be responsible for submitting the item and packing materials to the shipper and filling out the necessary paperwork in order to receive compensation from the shipper. Although we will guide you through the process, items damaged in shipping cannot be returned to Vintage Vignettes for a refund.

LAYAWAY POLICY:
Layaway is available for up to one year for dolls or items costing over $500, with an initial deposit of 25% with no interest charges. Prices are firm on all layaway purchases and a regular monthly payment schedule must be set up. If a layaway payment is missed, you will receive a merchandise credit good for 30 days for the amount you have paid. If the credit is not used within 30 days, the full deposit and payments will be forfeited.

RETURNS:
If you purchase an antique doll from us and are dissatisfied, contact us via phone or e-mail within three days. We will give you a full refund excluding shipping fees. It is understood, of course, that the doll must be returned in the same condition and garments as when shipped to you via the same insured packing and shipping method. This return policy also applies to clothing, accessories and furniture. This refund courtesy is not available for items purchased by layaway.
